Addicted to K750!

I once wrote here about my mobile dreams. I said i am a samsung fan.Then my dream was to get a cool new samsung model( SGH-I300 ).But I couldnt find one in our **** market.I realized that such a phone cant find a market in India.Who will buy a phone with a 3gb harddisk?? .But that was on march!A few months after i got my K500i from Sony Ericsson - the company i preffered next to samsung.It was a cool phone.And i was pretty happy with it.Read my review about k500i here.But still deep in my mind i had a strong desire of having a top end phone.But samsung is not marketing there top end phones in india.And i dont know any one in korea! :( . Then i saw k750i and i was pretty much impressed with its looks.Cool and it had a proffessional look.Not much funky,sleek and had smooth curves.( And that was what i loved most on my E700) .It had a memory expansion slot( which i missed badly on my k500) , a 2MP camera with Autofocus and Macro Mode(Which I luv most in digi Cams). A crystal clear screen with 256K color.Every thing else is as same in k500(mp3,video,40 polyphonic,....which has become a standard even in low end phones) .So now am a Sonyericsson Fan :D .And i lov my new gadget..And ask me whats my fav passion? yea..Photography!!! Check some of my snaps with k750 ok..Thats enough to show the camera quality..:P now i hav to go ....Will come back with a complete review of k750...Bye all..

Windows Tweak: Hide Drives

Ever wish you could make one of your computer's drives invisible to anyone snooping around on your system? Well, happy days are here my friend! Whether you have sensitive docs, pictures, or any other private data, this is one of the easiest ways to keep them safe. Keep in mind that you'll still be able to access your hidden drives; you just won't see that they exist in Windows Explorer or the My Computer folder. Back up your registry before you start! 1. Open Regedit. 2. Navigate to one of these strings:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\ Explorer - this only changes the settings for the current logged in user HKEY_LOCALMACHINE\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Policies\ Explorer - this changes the settings for all users on the machine. You may have to create the key folder "Explorer" manually. 3. In the Explorer key folder, create a new DWORD value by right-clicking Explorer, then choosing New DWORD value. Name the value "NoDrives" (without the quotes). This value defines local and network drive visibility for each logical drive on the computer. All drives will be visible as long as this value's data is set to 0. 4. Following the table below, enter the decimal number corresponding to the drive(s) you want to hide as NoDrives value data. When you right-click on NoDrives and choose Modify, make sure you select Decimal base, not Hexadecimal. Drive Number to hide A: 1 B: 2 C: 4 D: 8 E: 16 F: 32 G: 64 H: 128 I: 256 J: 512 K: 1024 L: 2048 M: 4096 N: 8192 O: 16384 P: 32768 Q: 65536 R: 131072 S: 262144 T: 524288 U: 1048576 V: 2097152 W: 4194304 X: 8388608 Y: 16777216 Z: 33554432 All drives 67108863 If you want to hide more than one drive, you simply add the drive amounts together for a combined total.For example, to hide the D:/ and T:/ drives, add the decimal value for the D:/ drive to the decimal value to the T:/ drive.8 (D) + 524288 (T) = 524296To disable all of your visible drives, set the value to 67108863.You must reboot your PC to see your changes. I was checking technorati and i found i got tagged by someone.I followed the link and reached Sreeram's world. Thank you sreeram. I AM BUSY!

Now i am busy! Really busy! Exams....Project submission.. Sites( started 3 of them : www.indiaNgamerZ.com , www.MailManNeo.com , and www.TvMLiFe.com) and i have to experiment with my new K750. So I AM BUSY! But now am down with fever and so all my shedules were changed.No books !no project! i need to relax.And i need to kick off those sites.Its still in development stage. TvMLiFe is a general discussion board for trivandrumites.I started it as Trivandrum.tk and now presented it a much awaited domain. MailManNeo is a site which have a large collection of email forwards.I already run one yahoo group Mailmanneo (You can use the regestration box at the side panel of this page to join my email forwarding group) and now i am archiving all cool emails.The work is going on on that site. The next one is indiaNgamerZ . I have much hope in this one.Its a gaming forum where gamers from all over india is expected to join and share resources. And one more thing.I got tagged by someone.And i have to response.But no time now.Sorry sreeram.But i'' do it today itself! And thanks for tagging me!

Some times Floods are a boon!

I always dreamed of me being a student in kerala university-for their blessed life with strikes and all..exams getting postponed due to strikes..harthals...For my stupid fate i became an unlucky student of Anna University.They are loyal to their job.Till today , after completing almost 4 years in anna university i was never allowed to enjoy the harthal pleasure.Kerala students should thank politically volatile keralites for their response to every single harthals and strikes.They call out for a strike even for a simple reason like a fight between bus conductor and a student! I dont understand how the local people is connected with the incident.Any way the whole city inhibitants get a chance for another not-so-well-waited holiday.You people are really blessed! But this time lucky angel crossed the border and reached us! Our exams get postponed one after another.Not because of any strikes..Not because of harthals...No ministers died..Exam question papers didnt get leaked out...No one claimed a case in court against COE...then? Its because of floods! yea ...It rained like hell for two weeks and whole of tamil nadu was flooded..21 districts got drowned.Chennai city literally started boat services..Remote areas got disconnected from the outside world...Helicopters were issued with food packets and medicine.Anna University campus was flooded...Hostlers were shifted to first floor...Military was introduced for rescue acts..and even in its southern end..even in our lil kumaracoil we got a heavy rain ..with fields and ponds over flowing over roads.And what..Exams were postponed.Not once..It kept going on like that for two weeks..Postponed exams got postponed again..and again..and even univ people got confused with the dates..Some exams were postponed to sundays!! Finally...a revised timetable is out now! exams from 15th december to 31st december!! exams on 24th and 31st!!!! how the hell?? So how we are supposed to enjoy our christmas and new year? Last time it was tsunami and now its floods..But actually i wanted this changes in shedule :D I was not prepared for the exams..And i wanted to clear those ****ing arriers...So ..i think its my lucky fate!..so some times floods are a boon!!....... PS: Not intended to wound hearts of millions who are suffering from floods.I feel sorry for them.
